These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the merchant-facing SMS inventory notification program provided through Notim: Back In Stock+Notify Me (“Notim” or the “App”), operated by MakeProSimp LLP (“MakeProSimp LLP”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These SMS Terms apply only to SMS inventory notifications sent to merchants who opt in to receive alerts about inventory activity in their own stores.
By voluntarily opting in to SMS notifications through Notim, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. SMS Program Description
Notim provides inventory monitoring and notification functionality for eCommerce merchants.
Merchants may voluntarily enable SMS inventory notifications to receive alerts at the mobile phone number they provide when products or variants reach configured inventory warning levels.
SMS notifications are intended to help merchants monitor their store inventory. They are not intended to provide promotional or marketing messages to the merchant’s customers.
These SMS Terms apply only to the merchant-facing SMS inventory notification program described above. They do not govern separate customer-facing notification features or other messaging capabilities that may be available through Notim, which may be subject to separate terms, policies, merchant configurations, or applicable requirements.
2. Opt-In and Consent
Participation in Notim SMS notifications is optional.
Merchants may opt in by enabling SMS notifications within the Notim App, providing a valid mobile phone number, and providing the required consent to receive SMS inventory notifications.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing, installing, or otherwise using Notim.
By opting in, you authorize MakeProSimp LLP and Notim to send automated SMS inventory notifications to the mobile phone number you provide.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies.
The number and frequency of SMS notifications you receive depend on factors such as your notification settings, configured inventory warning levels, product inventory activity, and orders or other inventory changes occurring in your store.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving SMS messages according to your mobile service plan.
MakeProSimp LLP is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
5. Opting Out – STOP
You may opt out of Notim SMS notifications at any time.
Reply STOP to any Notim SMS message to opt out.
After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages through the applicable Notim SMS notification program unless you subsequently opt in again.
You may also disable SMS notifications from within Notim where that functionality is available.

Twilio expects the HELP flow to provide an actual support method and identify the brand.
7. Supported Carriers and Message Delivery
SMS delivery is subject to the availability and operation of participating mobile carriers and networks.
Delivery of SMS messages is not guaranteed and may be affected by your mobile carrier, network availability, device configuration, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside MakeProSimp LLP’s control.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Mobile Number Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing a valid mobile phone number that you are authorized to use and for keeping your mobile number information current.
If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, you should update or remove the previous number from Notim’s SMS notification settings.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Information collected and processed in connection with Notim SMS notifications is handled according to the Notim Privacy Policy.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Information collected and processed in connection with Notim SMS notifications is handled in accordance with the applicable Notim Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to SMS Notifications
MakeProSimp LLP may modify, suspend, or discontinue Notim SMS notification functionality from time to time.
We may also update these SMS Terms when necessary to reflect changes to the SMS service, applicable requirements, or our practices.
Material updates will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date above.

12. Order of Precedence
If there is any conflict between these SMS Terms and MakeProSimp LLP’s General Terms & Conditions, these SMS Terms will control solely with respect to the Notim SMS notification program and the specific SMS-related matter giving rise to the conflict. For all other matters, MakeProSimp LLP’s General Terms & Conditions will continue to apply.
