This Privacy Policy describes how MakeProSimp (“MakeProSimp”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when merchants install and use Buy Me: Sticky Add To Cart Bar (Buystro) (“App”) on the Shopify platform. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Shopify version of Buy Me.

MakeProSimp develops software applications and services for eCommerce merchants. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Shopify version of Buy Me: Sticky Add To Cart Bar (Buystro).
2. Scope
This policy applies exclusively to merchants using Buy Me through Shopify and information processed through Shopify-authorized APIs.
3. Information We Collect
We may collect merchant account information, Shopify store identifiers, app configuration, products and collections, customer information required by enabled features, order history for the last 60 days where required, IP address, browser, operating system, diagnostics, usage logs, and support communications. We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the requested functionality.

We do not intentionally collect payment card information, customer passwords, or unnecessary personal information.
5. How We Use Information
To provide sticky add-to-cart functionality, sticky cart, Remember My Cart, synchronize store information, improve reliability, provide support, detect abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service updates.
