Once our developers and designers mark your task as complete, you must notify MakeProSimp of your dissatisfaction within 72 hours. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in the project being considered as successfully completed.

Extended Resolution Window

For issues reported within the initial 72 hours, we will thoroughly assess and address the concerns. However, if you notify MakeProSimp about your dissatisfaction after this timeframe, you will need to repurchase the task.

Quality Assurance

Our legal team will review the project results against the submitted task requirements to determine if the outcome indeed diverges from your initial requests.

Refund Process

In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve your concerns and deliver the project to your satisfaction within the extended 72-hour window, a full refund will be issued. The refund amount will be processed within 14 days of your request, and the website will be rolled back to its prior state.
